The Board of Directors expresses deep sorrow upon learning of the passing of one of our most dedicated volunteers and fundraising champions, Nick Delre. Nick tirelessly dedicated himself to fundraising in memory of his daughter, Michelle, after whom our Animal Welfare Program was named. In honor of Nick and Michelle Delre, we are renaming the program to "The Nick and Michelle Delre Pet Oxygen Program.”
The Living for a Cause initiative will uphold Nick's legacy by continuing to support causes close to his heart: providing nourishment to pets in crisis, safeguarding our K9 heroes, and rescuing pets from house fires with the aid of pet oxygen masks. His profound love and commitment to his family, friends, and LFAC will always be cherished and remembered.
