Living for a cause is collecting  donations for our disaster relief fund to aid the survivors of the Haiti earthquake.  We are planning on having an art show to raise funds for this urgent need.

Haiti Earthquake Relief

The Caribbean island nation of Haiti has been rocked by a devastating 7.0 earthquake that brought about massive loss of life, and destroyed virtually the entire infrastructure in the capital Port-Au-Prince.  Already the poorest nation in the western hemisphere, Haiti was recovering from massive hurricane damage in 2008 when this latest natural disaster struck.  Living For A Cause is asking for your donations to aid in providing clean drinking water to the survivors.  Please click on the Donate button and give whatever you can.

On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, January 29, 30 and 31, an art exhibition and sale of original watercolors, pen and ink drawings and lithographs by the late Jerry Garcia of the Grateful Dead will take place at the Frame Station Gallery, 643 Lancaster Avenue (route 30) in Berwyn, PA.  Image Makers Art, the organizers of the exhibition, have pledged to donate 20% of all sales from the show to Living For A Cause to help with relief efforts in Haiti.  For more information on the exhibition, please visit their website at www.imagemakersart.com  or call 610-722-5807.
